Refund policy

This policy applies to goods purchased through the SKRATCH GOLF online store. SKRATCH GOLF is operated by SKRATCH INDOOR GOLF LTD.

Changing your mind on an online purchase

For most goods bought online, UK consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. To exercise that right, email info@skratch-golf.co.uk before the cancellation period expires, quoting your order number and the item you wish to return.

After telling us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days. Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. Please package returns securely and use an appropriately tracked and insured service.

We will refund the price paid for the returned goods and, where required by law, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery service does not have to be refunded. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

We may make a reasonable deduction from a refund where the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Pre-owned golf clubs: 60-Day Trial

Eligible pre-owned golf clubs include our additional 60-Day Pre-Owned Club Trial. This sits alongside your statutory rights and gives you more time to decide whether an eligible club is right for you.

• Days 1–30: eligible returns under the trial are refunded to the original payment method after inspection.
• Days 31–60: eligible returns under the trial receive SKRATCH GOLF store credit equal to the item purchase price.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are separate from our voluntary returns and warranty benefits. If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for their intended purpose, contact us promptly.

Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, the appropriate remedy may include a refund, repair or replacement. Where we are responsible for the issue, we will provide an appropriate return method or reimburse reasonable return costs.

12-Month Pre-Owned Club Warranty

Eligible pre-owned clubs also include our additional 12-Month Pre-Owned Club Warranty. This commercial warranty does not replace or reduce your statutory rights.

Personalised goods

Where a product has been made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you, the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply where permitted by law. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.

How to start a return

Email info@skratch-golf.co.uk with your order number, the item being returned and the reason for the return. Please do not send goods back before receiving return instructions from us.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
