Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders placed through the SKRATCH GOLF online store.

Where we deliver

We currently accept online orders for delivery to addresses supported by our active United Kingdom checkout market. If additional countries are enabled in the future, the destinations and rates available at checkout will apply.

SKRATCH-fulfilled stock

For stock fulfilled directly by SKRATCH GOLF, including pre-owned golf equipment, the current UK delivery options are:

  • Standard delivery: £4.99
  • Free standard delivery: orders of £50 or more where the rate is available
  • Express delivery: £6.99

The delivery options actually available for your order are shown at checkout.

Print-on-demand merchandise

Some SKRATCH merchandise is produced and fulfilled by a third-party fulfilment partner. Delivery charges for those items are calculated separately according to the product and delivery destination and are shown at checkout.

If an order contains products fulfilled from different locations, the order may arrive in more than one parcel and the checkout shipping charge may combine rates from more than one fulfilment profile.

Dispatch and delivery estimates

Any dispatch or delivery estimate shown at checkout, in an order confirmation or in a dispatch notification is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly state otherwise. Delivery times can be affected by carrier delays, weather, seasonal demand and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will normally be included in the dispatch notification.

One-off pre-owned stock

Most pre-owned golf equipment is an individual item with a quantity of one. If an inventory error means an item is no longer available after an order is placed, we will contact you and refund the affected item.

Incorrect addresses and failed delivery

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable period after the expected delivery date, contact info@skratch-golf.co.uk with your order number and any relevant photographs or tracking information.
